Here is the issue...manipulation, whether intended or not.
If The Dude says buy MOVIE, even if it is a good deal, and there is a sudden rush to buy, it can be considered manipulation.
If the PABS says that the next adjust, 2 years from now, is a long, a lot of people will play long. In some ways, it is in the wording. After all, there have been lots of fan sites through the years that have had bond charts and other articles with "suggestions" but The Dude has been criticized by the powers that be.
There were a few mea culpas, 5 hail marys and an act of contrition and the site seems to be back in full force.
btw...I was criticized for "Bonds Biggest Losers" which were positions that I took that should have been correct and were going the wrong way. I posted reasons why they should be longs or shorts and I was told "Don't do it" so I have bitten my tongue and not done it.
The irony is that RazorHawk went after blatant manipulators himself, but was accused of doing it subliminally on his Blog. C'es la vie at HSX
