Going on Oprah suggests it won't be a tell-all, no-holds-barred grilling like he would get with from real journalist. Perhaps there will be a few truths, some glycerine tears, "I got caught up in what everyone else was doing," "of course that doesn't make it right."
It won't make a difference to those who have followed cycling for years and been aware of suspicious test results covered up and LA's strong-arming of anyone who suggested he doped. But half-assed repentance might win over the Oprah crowd.
