Well it is a "new" year and finally I have my bills adjusted for my tax increases and the new car I bought.
I settled on a prius (only cost me half my man card) and am saving about 40 MPG now with the adjustments to the family's vehicles. So all and all I feel good! Felt like sharing....
I love these little funds I set up last year in one of my connected checking accounts that I stash money into for things like cloths, auto maintenance, gifts, car tags and other annual expenses that I can then spread out the cost for the entire year. Would highly recommend people consider the concept.
A good friend of mine goes even further as he splits his weekly expenses up for Monday through Thursday and then Friday through Sunday, which helps him monitor expenses with food purchases and the like...not sure I am that anal.
Anyway...it is FRIDAY...Holiday weekend for me...and here I sit waiting 5 more hours until I can clock out.
