It turns out Budweiser didn't. I live in the hometown of Busch and so it's a big story, Turns out they didn't do an independent test before
filing the lawsuit but relied on the word of ex-employees. So one of our local tv stations did. Several randomly bought cans were tested along with some from other brands and they found the alcohol as stated on the label was correct.
When asked for the comment the lawyer for the suit said that was too small a sample and were going with the word of the ex-employees. I hope they have something more concrete than that, otherwise you've got to wonder why they filed the suit unless they were hoping for a quick payout from Anheuser-Busch to stop bad publicity.
