to recap: I felt the 3d was bad for gatsby this past sunday. so i sent feedback to the theaters website. tuesday i got a response
it was a personalized email with a very nice apology, with an (sort of) explanation from the manager (no technical issues that were aware of, but images did seem strange), and an offer of a giftcard. so i sent back my address.
today, got a package from them, it contained:
a Gatsby t-shirt (medium, so it will go to my sister)
a Gatsby key chain
a Gatsby screen cleaner (a little circle of felt with a sticky background so you can store it on the back of the phone. odd)
a handwritten apology
and a $20 gift card! (which will be spent on trek2 tomorrow)
this theater chain is really good (clebration in michoigan)
