15. I think the other king is Elliot - his old partner at Grey Matter. Once Walt surpassed his goal of enough money to take care of his family, his new goal became being bigger than Elliot. Could the Ricin be for him and Gretchen?

19-20. Walt finally loses all shred of himself after hearing Gretchen talk about him. Now it's time for Fight Club, starring Heisenberg as Tyler Durden!

 

I just rewatched Season 1 this past weekend to see what kind of full circle there might be, and realized that if Walt had simply taken their help (or the job at the company) in the first place, none of this would have happened.

I don't remember if there ever was anything more to that triangle (Elliot, Walt, Gretchen) other than Walt blowing it with Gretchen and her ending up with Elliot. Anyone else?
