Each case needs to be analyzed. Micheal Brown was technically unarmed but he struggled with a cop for his gun. How many cases were like that?
Frankly I'd like the number about 100k a year. Many of those arrested are just mad dogs and should be put down.
We need Street Judges like Judge Dredd. Empowered with the duty to dispense justice!
