Higher skilled jobs require higher skilled employees who may then apply to such jobs regardless of their race. {nm} Aug 15, 21:05
NAFTA is only Mexico and Canada. It's not the reason coal is outdated, or products are cheaper to manufacture in Asia. {nm} Aug 15, 10:19
