Two different questions ...
Even if you have nothing to hide, (because you didn't do anything), you open yourself up to being asked questions that don't have a right or wrong answer.
Ones answers are simply compared to previous answers, and if the answers do not match exactly, you are subject to the appearance of perjury. It does not matter if you think your answers match exactly, they must match exactly.
Most people fail at this line of questioning.
