If the WWE network is doing 180M per year in revenue (~1.5M subs * 9.99/m*12) but they took the 12-15 yearly WWE PPVs off the Network and sold them to Netflix or Amazon for like 250M+ (which is pocket change to them), then the WWE could still have the Network at 9.99 or less with all the archives and original programming. Sure some people would drop the Network, but there is still so much left, I bet they could still do 1M subs. Then you have Netflixs 150M subs seeing your product and that increases your customer base. And it wouldnt cost WWE fans much, most probably already have netflix, and then if WWE offers a free (ad supported) tier, fans wouldnt have to pay anything extra, but WWE would still make so much more $

Netflix doesn’t do live stream. They can’t do ppv on Netflix {nm} mike255 Feb 11, 08:59
