I can log in when I try to buy a stock through the movers page, but I can't get into my port...it will not load.

Posted by: grory on Mar 27, 11:22 in response to Oleg Max's post Cannot Login to my Port...

It's "waiting for HSX.com", and it's an apparantly looooooooong wait, because my port isn't loading after several attempts (and waits of my own).

As soon as I try to load my port (and wait), I'm frozen out of all other HSX pages, have to exit firefox completely, and start FF again before I have access to TT or any other HSX page.

Intermittent slow loading pages for me. Just emailed support. We'll see if there's a fix they can apply. {nm} Paul2k Mar 27, 09:39

Hmm, thought it might be related to Chrome 'cause I'd had a problem on another site this morning. Guess not - can't get in on IE either. Mojave Mar 27, 12:29

Yeah, I can't log in on firefox, but chrome is blazing fast for me... Weird. {nm} PRodQuanta Mar 27, 14:07

Also, I am kinda mad now because I just found this out and today has been a huge news day... I missed out on a lot of fake cash... {nm} PRodQuanta Mar 27, 14:08

why have a support board when you don't even acknowledge the problem or that it is being looked at? {nm} notelpats Mar 27, 14:29

We are investigating the problem, but do not have a solution at the moment. {nm} Antibody Mar 27, 15:08

I can login, but it won't show up with my portfolio. It's been loading for the past hour and still hasn't shown up yet. {nm} AwardsFund Mar 27, 15:34

(that's with my regular port, not this one) {nm} AwardsFund Mar 27, 15:35

It's working now. Thanks! {nm} accountant_4_Jesus Mar 27, 16:36

DMac, what is going on! Had problems ALL DAY LONG! From work, from home, no fix yet? Too Many Older Brothers Watching? {nm} Oleg Max Mar 27, 17:27

Same here. More than one location and 3 computers. Couldn't log on until 4:30 PST. It appears ok now... {nm} PVL Admin Mar 27, 17:31

Latest problem seems to be w/ Page and Brin. Oleg Max Mar 27, 18:39
