Regarding the weekend's double Studio Funds and other errors
A number of errors were made this weekend that have caused some unusual occurences in many people's portfolios. This was caused by human error - which may or may not reassure you - but you can be sure that the humans behind it are very apologetic.
We believe we have identified the exact cause of the odd things still floating around out there, and hope to have them cleared up soon. Thanks for your patience, and again, our apologies.
