is HTML scraping allowed?

My main interest currently, is the Market calendar, and the request rate would be very low, less than one hit per hour once working, slightly more during development. i'd like to make something for myself, that is more focused on my timezone,

I actually started work on this, having seen somewhere else a comment about "automated tools" but thought it best to check. I really enjoy playing here, and don't want to get banned! :)

As a side note, I noticed when I started work on this, that the markup on the market calendar page is a little broken, all h3 opening tags have h3 closing tags!

My understanding is that the automated tools ban is more around trading - one click one trade is the rule that is often quoted srrichardson Jun 03, 08:32
