I've been doing HTML scraping once a week for a couple of years now (star bond data to calculate future adjusts) and not hit any problems.

The calendar doesn't change very often, so you could probably get away with once a day.

As a side-side note - what do you expect the h3 opening tags to close with ? ;-)
