actually be a reset after 48 hours. For example, if you were down 500K after yesterday and up 750K today, your "today's change" amount would be +250K. No actual money lost.

As long as the reset feature comes back on line tonight (and future nights) there is no need for anything to be "fixed". Just pretend it was a really long day (48 hours).
