Trade error- multiple transactions with TWITA . Port credit required please.

It seems the gremlins where at play from 4:38 on 07/28/15 as you will see in my trade history in regards to the multiple transactions of TWITA.  I purchased max shares, stock appeared multiple times in my Port and upon selling my Port shrunk over 4 Mill! If the powers to be could fix up this glitch I would greatly appreciate it. Thanks. EarthMother.
