That's your browser saving values you entered not the site.
There's no code on the site providing any suggestions or history in that field. Your browser remembers text you enter in form fields and when you come back to the same form, it suggest things you entered before to be "helpful".
You can see this happen if you fill out a form with you name or address on it (and submit the form), then come back to that form in your browser the next day and click in the field - the browser gives you options you entered in that field before.
That's what's happening on the trading form in the My Portfolio menu. The site is not providing those choices, your browser is remembering values you've entered before.

The problem is not what is in the box. The problem is that I cannot select them. When I try, the box disappears. {nm} Dec 17, 21:15
