I think we have an obligation to complain. I don't care how the site works, I just want it to work properly. Imagine that...
nobody complained when they put this site live. They would think everything was great and wouldn't improve anything. Yes, it's not as crappy as when they first went live, but it isn't anywhere near as good as the old version. I think this one should be an improvement, not a step backwards. We need to complain so they will keep improving.
