I am writing to request assistance in recovering two of my legacy accounts, Roque_T and jlroquem. I have been locked out of them for years because I need to update their registered emails to send a password reset link.
I am currently logged into my active account, jroquem, which is registered under my primary email: roque_inc@hotmail.com.
I have definitive proof that all three accounts belong to me, as they form a highly specific, closed family cluster on your platform:
The Email Match: My active account (jroquem) is registered to roque_inc@hotmail.com. I believe jlroquem and Roque_T were originally registered under that same email or variations of it (such as jlroquem@hotmail.com).
The League Cluster: All three accounts belong to the exact same private trading league, "Roque's Raiders" (League ID: 1023).
The Same-Day Timeline: All three accounts logged in and joined this specific private league on the exact same afternoon: May 12, 2010.
The Security/Naming Pattern: All three accounts utilize variations of my last name for the usernames and share the exact same league security flag answer ("roquemore").
Because I have active access to jroquem and can verify this exact matching league history, naming convention, and primary Hotmail address, I would appreciate it if an admin could update the registered email addresses for Roque_T and jlroquem to match my active account's email (roque_inc@hotmail.com) so I can finally trigger a password reset and reclaim my legacy portfolios.
