Description

In 1780s America, prudish schoolmaster Ichabod Crane proves his bravery to a lovely woman by vowing to travel a road said to be haunted by a headless horseman. When he attempts the journey, Crane soon learns that the horseman is more than just a legend.

Tim Burton and Johnny Depp collaborate for the third time (Edward Scissorhands and Ed Wood were the first two collaborations.) The film is shot in Tarrytown, New York as well as in England.
