Universal has revealed the teaser trailer for the live-action remake How to Train Your Dragon [HTTYD] based on the fantasy film from DreamWorks Animation. Mason Thames stars in the lead role as Hiccup, while Gerard Butler [GBUTL] plays his father, reprising the role from the animated film. Directed by Dean DeBlois, How to Train Your Dragon lands in theaters on June 13th.
On the rugged isle of Berk, where Vikings and dragons have been bitter enemies for generations, Hiccup (Mason Thames) stands apart. The inventive yet overlooked son of Chief Stoick the Vast (Gerard Butler, reprising his voice role from the animated franchise), Hiccup defies centuries of tradition when he befriends Toothless, a feared Night Fury dragon.
