Warner Bros. has released the trailer for the drama Sully [SULLY] starring Tom Hanks [THANK] as Captain Chesley Sullenberger, who piloted US Airways Flight 1549 and made an emergency water landing after bird strikes disabled both engines.  Directed by Clint Eastwood [CEAST], Sully lands in theaters on September 9th.

Open Road has debuted the trailer for the sports drama Bleed For This [BLDFT].  Miles Teller [MTELL] stars as boxer Vinny Pazienza, a five-time world boxing champion nicknamed "The Pazmanian Devil".  In 1991, he broke his neck in a car accident and warned he might never walk again.  Courageously, he slowly worked his way back into the ring.  Bleed for This opens in limited release on November 4th before expanding wide on the 23rd.

DreamWorks Animation has unveiled the official trailer for Trolls [TROLL] based on the hair-raising dolls.  The constantly happy and singing trolls must fight off and the pessimistic Bergens, who just want to eat them. Justin Timberlake [JTIMB] and Anna Kendrick [AKEND] lead the voice cast.  Trolls lands in theaters on November 4th.

Universal has dropped the second trailer for the romantic comedy threequel  Bridget Jones's Baby [BJON3].  Renée Zellweger [RZELL] and Colin Firth [CFIRT] reprise their roles as the on-again andoff-again couple from the first two chapters, while Patrick Dempsey [PDEMP] joins the cast of the third fillm as the new rival for our heroine's affection.  Bridget Jones's Baby is due to arrive on September 16th.

Fox has unleashed the full-length trailer for the sci-fi thriller Morgan [MORGN], the debut film from Luke Scott, son of Ridley Scott.   Kate Mara [KMARA] stars as a risk management specialist sent to a top-secret research facility to investigate an accident and discovers a genetically engineer person, played by Anya Taylor-Joy, who turns out to be pyschotic and possess telekenetic powers.  Ex Machina meets Lucy, Morgan opens in theaters on September 2nd.

After setting the record opening for an animated film last week, Finding Dory [NEMO2] earned an estimated $73.2 million to also take the best sophomore weekend for an animated film.  The Pixar sequel lost 46% to bring its total to $286.6 million in 10 days.

Independence Day Resurgence [IDAY2] debuted in second place with an underwhelming $41.6 million.  20 years proved too long a wait for the sci-fi sequel that appealed only to older fans that were 56% males and 67% over the age of 25.

Warner Bros. has uploaded the second trailer for the horror film Lights Out [LITSO].  Teresa Palmer [TPALM] and Maria Bello [MBELL] star in the feature film directorial debut of David F. Sandberg, who expanded on his own short film. 
Lights Out hits theaters on July 22nd.
