Shorting a put or a call has limited upside (it can only max out by delisting at 0) but unlimited downside (if you're wrong and it delists
above the price you shorted, which could be 10 or 20 or 100 or infinite. Buying the call or short (playing the opposite hand) is betting on a similar result, but the upside/downsides are reversed...upside is infinite, downside hits a wall at a zero delist.
