Not my understanding
I always understood ARB to be A) based on real world events (actual BO) and B) a single share. i.e. a Star Bond can be ARB because it's next movie adjust already has enough BO to make it's TAG greater than it's current value or a Movie Stock can be ARB if it has already taken more in BO than it's price. I don't think your example can be counted as ARB as it you are losing money on at least one stock.
