I think my example is pure arbitrage -- 100% probability of making a profit doing this trade sequence with derivatives....
I think you're talking more about taking advantage of the predictability of the HSX adjustment formula/system. That's more of an HSX inefficiency than market inefficiency.
What I'm talking about is this:
Buy one share of The Change Up Opening Weekend (CHNUP.OW) at $19.71
Short one option of The Change-Up $25 Call (CHNUP.CA) at $1.34
Buy one option of The Change-Up $25 Put (CHNUP.CA) at $3.97
Literally no matter what The Change-Up opens at, you will profit. It can open at $1 or at $1,000,000,000 and you'll profit. 
Does this happen all the time?
