If the fund spends all of its cash, with the commission factored in, you may be able to get in at about 19.81  which is a price that saves the double commission cost.

The value of a fund is based upon the portfolio value of the holdings + cash and is not affected by buys and sells of its shares.

Would if we could only get the H$ from "investors"
