Am I missing something? Why do top movers go down so quickly the next day?
are players just getting bored/scared with that stock, sell it and buy another, making the worth go down?
Twice now I have accidently fallen asleep and NOT sold my day trades in the evening. When I get up and check I have lost 50-100% of my earnings from the previous day - and THEN I have to give 1% for comissions when selling them.
I'm not peeved, I just don't understand what makes something gain 17% in 20 hours then lose 20% in 5 hours the following day. "Just the market, man" is what I'm inclined to say. I just wanted to ask if there is something I'm missing about day trading. If I am able to babysit the stocks during the day and remember to offload them at night I can pull in 200K+ a day. If I forget to offload I end up eating ~119K a day.
