Once people recognized it as a "pattern", it kinda became a self-fulfilling prophecy of sorts- the IPO bounce.

Not really manipulation. People made some cash on the IPO and sell, others see it going down and sell as well, -more-

The way he phrased it made it sound like he was wondering if there was a group coordinating trades, which is manipulation.

We are ALL in on it. Admit it, when you see a stock jumping, you get in, same for one falling, you also flip if the stock flips, it's HSX.
