All your buys and sells on moviestocks happen at the top of every minute. The server is on UCT/UST or Universal Standard/Coordinated Time. To set your computer to the same time automatically (if it doesn't already in Win 7), you can download "Atomic Clock" Setting utilities that keep your computer clock set.
Once set, as soon as you see the minute tick, you know you have the cash, then hit the buy button, no need to refresh.
