Limit Orders - Protecting From a Price Drop
I don't have the chance to log in multiple times each day (or even every day sometimes). I've figured out the limit orders in order to buy or sell when a stock hits a cetain price. Is there a way to set up a price to sell if a stock I own starts to drop?
For example: let's say I bought SPID4 at 240. Can I set up an automatic trigger to sell all my shares if it drops to, say, 245? Or can I only set a sell limit order for a price higher than the stock is currently worth?
