Brief Summary
Star bonds are subject to normal market forces as people sell/short the price goes down and as they buy/cover, the price goes up.
Star bonds adjust when a movie they are attached to delists from HSX (4 weekends after opening wide or 12 weekends after opening limited) - as long as the movie declared it's takings to ERC and they are attached to more than 1 movie.
The adjust takes their last 5 movies (in order of release date), and calculates the average gross (using a maximum of $250,000,000 per movie) to give their adjusted value ($1,000,000 = H$1) - the only caveat here is that if the star is only attached to 2 movies the total is divided by 3, not 2.
So the big adjusts happen when a movie with small gross is replaced by one with a large gross (upwards adjust) or vice versa (downwards adjust).
