When you are playing penny stocks, DROI is unimportant.
You are "throwing away" 2-3 million on the "chances" that some of the stocks will rise. The good news is, you will NOT miss the news, and make all of your money back if only one hits a couple of dollar increase. Personally, I too play the pennies, and have made my money back many times over. I sometimes post a "penny stock victory" message in the forums to celebrate. It is a LONG TERM strategy, but well worth the investment IMHO.
So, when I buy a stock at 10 cents, it's money "wasted". When it gets greenlit, I hit the jackpot and free money. Long term, it's really zero risk overall.
