Mostly neglecting to do things, and not understanding all the trading rules before diving in. For example ...
1- In my first week, I thought trades were commisson-free and flipped around like a drunken gymnast.
2- I traded TV Stock because I liked the show, and the characters, not understanding that if they don't get picked up, they tank.
3- Only started trading on news after the first 2 months, after another member gave me advise to do so. But you gotta watch out what stocks you actually act on.
4- On dabate mow on the Movies forum, you have to be careful what you keep after Sunday adjust. Some stocks just don't hold up to adjust values.

Also forgot a major item. Don't trade in stocks that are beyond the range of your portfolio size. {nm} Dec 31, 13:13
