If you short anything and it delists at less than the price you shorted at, you gain double the difference between
the cost price and the delist price, with no commission charged.
If you are holding long and something delists at zero, yes the vaue is zero, and you "lose it all"
Not sure what you were referring to about StarBonds, which never delist at zero.
