Correction: You gain the difference betwen cost and delist. Howver, you also get back the cost price...
If you short at 20 and it delists at 5, you are credited with 35 (15 plus20)
If you short at 20 and it delists at zero, you are credited with 40 (20 plus 20)
However, your portfolio may not show the entire amount, as intermidary prices might have already been reflected in your portfolio value which always is based upon "current values"
If you short anything and it delists at less than the price you shorted at, you gain double the difference between Jan 28, 18:52
