Yes, I saw that. Before I decided to reset my portfolio, I had sold out at around $78/share. I have complete faith in that movie, and if I had more money for those bigger risk investments like you mentioned, I wouldn't mind going 100k long right now.
I've also got another question, might be silly, but is investing with the majority (long vs. short holders) usually the way to go? [I'm referring to IPOs in this case]
How I feel is that if there are currently 10,000,000 holding long, and 1,000,000 short, I'd most likely want to go long.
And if there are 10,000,000 long, and 5,000,000 short, I'd probably want to go long, and watch it for a while to sell at the highest point, go short and wait. In this scenario, I wouldn't know when exactly to cover next..
This is not an exact scenario, just an example of what I might do in ones roughly similar to this.
