I don't understand either explanation the 2nd post down or the derivative page.
The derivative page says this
"The price of an Opening Weekend Warrant is based on the weekend box office of the related MovieStock. Opening weekend is the first Friday to Sunday of wide release, unless otherwise defined. The warrant will halt trading at 10 am Pacific on release date and cash out based on the actual box office."
The post says:
"The .OW will delist on the Monday following opening weekend per the market calender. The .OW will cash out at the total box office for the opening weekend. .OW usually are just for Friday to Sunday, however some have been changed due to weekends being on holiday's. "
Sorry I am still confused.
As of right now [DESM2.OW] opens at $70
So does that mean that if it makes $77M that it will cash out at H$7?
Which means that whatever the opening price is for an OW is also the strike price?
