'Has Attempted To Alter' and 'Has Altered' are two (2) vastly different things. HSX either Altered their special HSX Coca-Cola Formula (Algorithm), or they did not. Attempting to Alter without actually Altering, changes nothing.
You either know the special HSX Coca-Cola Formula (Algorithm), or you do not. VEGAS ODDS say that you do not. VEGAS ODDS also say that you have no idea when the special HSX Coca-Cola Formula (Algorithm) has been Altered or in what manner. If you did, you would have been given an Unfair Advantage.
You also might want to explain how Reset Trading is 'technically a form of manipulation'. How so? Please explain in detail. How is Reset Trading any different than normal Trading throughout the Day? When does so-called Reset Trading end? Please explain. How can you tell the difference between Reset Trading & Non-Reset Trading? Please explain.
