When five different players all flip an obscure stock within 1 minute of reset, that is reset trading (manipulation).

Reset trading is not manipulation unless these five players plan ahead and decided to coordinated their trades at the same time. Antibody Jul 16, 09:43

Reset trading is just day trading when the price has been reset to 0. It's not manipulation if individual players trade independently. {nm} Antibody Jul 16, 09:47
