I'm not sure how often the Starbond is adjusted after their main adjust after their most recent movie has delisted, but it does happen.

However, it's not usually by much (and probably never as much as the $20 in your example) because the adjustment is based on the change in BO for a movie that has already been out for 4 weeks and therefore less likely to be making massive gains.

One example where this did have a notable effect recently though was for The Butler. That movie had really, really good legs so all the attached Starbonds some decent upward movement in the month or 2 following the mivies official delist date (and subsequent Starbond adjust).

Somebody else may be able to explain this better than I can, but this is how I think that it works at least.

In your example above where the TAG is 40 and the Starbond is at 20 what is probably happening is that people see that Willroast Jan 04, 08:05

So Tags basically dont move on a weekly basis (on the basis of the Actors movie's BO) and only on Delisting of the movie? Right? {nm} ankurbe Jan 04, 08:04

Technically the tags change when Antibody updates it. But, that's not necessary on any schedule that I'm aware of. {nm} elchan2012 Jan 04, 12:19
