Not sure if it is quicker or if it just has less impact
i.e. 4 separate transactions of 25000 have less impact than 1 transaction of 100000 - the back end may not be sophisticated enough to recognise that those 4 transactions in a limited period of time have come from the same account. As a side note, but related, I have always wondered if buying "max" has more or the same impact as buying the same specific number of shares - guess we'll never know.
