It's basically just a law that says that given a large enough set of data (in this case, plays as Classic Cash), that the expected average..
will eventually be met. So even if you did lose 30 times in a row once, if you took a sample of 300 attempts, you would eventually average about 1 in 7 winning. So you are right that, given a long enough amount of time, you'd end up averaging close to 4 wins a month.
It sounds like common sense, but common sense never starts that way rather it becomes common sense over time.
