I can only think of 2 ways...1) we send people to new players' houses and "convince" them to join, or players start testimonializing (word?)
Perhaps if players were to write testimonials about how PVL leagues and/or the competition has helped them grow as players or increased their enjoyment of the game, new players would come to learn what we already know about the worthwhile nature of the league set.
I knew there was a need for them when the daily percentage gain charts no longer applied to me as a player. I wanted a better scale of measure that made it possible to see how I was doing compared to other people my size. I have certainly enjoyed the competition and it's nice to see which players are the new contenders at HSX.
