Is it possible to set stop loss limits? (inside)

I live in the UK and often go to bed with my moviestocks in a healthy profit only to wake up before reset to find that certain stocks have fallen heavily. My question is: Can you set a stop loss/take profit value for specific trades DURING that days trading.
