What are the number of shares limits on Stock, derivatives etc.?

Trying to find a list on limits of transactions.

So far I've found 100,000 limit on shorting a stock.  This is the same as buying the stock, correct?

20,000 on a Warrant

What about on a actor/actress?

What about Put and Call derivatives?

Anything I missed?

Don't want to waste money on transaction commission fees if I can't use it properly. Thanks.
