The fan sites are using current movie stock price to calculate the bond adjust. This has not been accurate for many movies the past couple
months as movies have made alot less than projected. Each Saturday (for opening movie) and Sunday (for other current releases but sometimes just 3rd week movies), I check to see how the movie stock price compares to my projected delist based on latest box office.
Also for blockbusters they usually don't come close to the adjust price. Hunger Games past movies delisted under 2.3 mulitplier which means you should look at the adjusts for the bonds using 230 instead of the current 250 (max allowed) and see if that changes directions for any bonds. Some traders did this Saturday so some of those bonds have already dropped.
