Actually, the items you can buy with your $$, has changed over the years, etc.. I've seen
things from baseball caps, T shirts, coffee mugs, etc... While most of the things 'given' away have not changed much, frankly, it's nice of HSX to OFFER things at all for porfolio money.
Yes, in the 'olden' days you could 'sell' your $200M+ port back to HSX for $200 REAL dollars, and today we get to 'buy' the items instead... but I don't have a problem with them offering items - it's a nice gesture to do. Sure, it would be nice if they'd put some OTHER things available - like a MP3 player or something... but frankly, I haven't ever ordered anything from them, even though I have 2 ports - both over $1B... I play the game NOT for the things I can get from them... but for the fun of playing a movie game.
That's MY 4 cents, anyway... but yes, it would be nice if they mixed it up a little, and offered some different type items frequently...
