Reason I held off buying until last week (inside post):
When the BW was first listed, it seemed too 'accurate' for me to gauge buying long or short. I only looked back at it last week and decided to check current box office numbers. Seeing the price different, and having a few spare HSX$ 'laying around,' I figured it's a 'lock' and bought it long.
Yes, I missed out on a few HSX$ by waiting - though I try to convince myself I was able to better use that 'money' for other properties at the time.
