either way. after adjust, you may want to change your position, if you think it will not delist at its adjust price

or, of you think it can do more than its adjust price, you may want to hold it. however, with your sized port, you may want to only play the post adjust bounce and look for better ideas. a month to delist is a long time to wait to earn a return (low dROI)

Technically, "delist" is not a sale and is not subject to commission. It may seem silly to liquidate close to delist time, unless you feel StarBondsFund BUY Now Jets7-2 Nov 22, 08:55
