Complaining about things like this seldom has worked... so I'll just wish you the best in waiting for them to credit your port your lost earnings.....
Personally, I understand your frustrations, but I feel you're better off taking the site for some of its errors, and enjoy the game for what it is...fun, a bit frustrating at times, but over all... still not a bad site being that it's still free.
